Four girls. “Tose” are the four daughters of Celestino and Daniela, and this sparkling wine, or spumante, is dedicated to them. It was born from a careful and painstaking selection of the best tanks in our cellar.

Organoleptic
Presentation: The straw yellow colour is enhanced by a fine perlage. The aromas present delicate and pleasantly fruity fragrances with citrus, white peach and green apple notes. The prevailing taste is a delicate amiability in complete harmony with its elegance and flavour.

Enjoy it
Ideal as an aperitif or for any social occasion or party. It pairs very well with highly flavoured and rich dishes like paté or with shellfish such as oysters and mussels au gratin. Optimal pairing with fruit tarts, dry pastries and focaccia breads. It is the type that adapts best to special pairings, with dry baked goods or spicy foods.
For best conservation, it is recommended to keep bottles in a vertical position in a cool environment, far from direct light.
