History in a bottle

Gino, the wine?

The strength of the tradition is in the transmission of knowledge. Who more than Gino represents this bridge of union with the past and farmer knowledge? A path that matures and changes over time, always giving different nuances. Gino, the Grandpa, but also the wine.

Sparkling Wine

Gino

It’s the most historic version of the sparkling wine born of these hills, handed down from generation to generation. In this case, fermentation takes place in a natural manner. The wine, bottled in the spring, ferments after a long time in the bottle. The sediment that it generates on the bottom, gives particular organoleptic properties, such as bread crust, due to the yeasts present. Decanting in a carafe is recommended to allow it to oxygenate and to taste it at its best.
